These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cirello.app (the "Site"), operated by an individual based in Ukraine, doing business as Cirello ("Cirello," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is currently a pre-launch informational and waitlist website for Cirello, a spaced-repetition memory application. The Site does not currently provide the Cirello application itself. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site, not to the future application, which will have its own separate terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site is not directed at children under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Waitlist Signup

By providing your email address to join the waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us related to Cirello's launch and development, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We do not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or any particular features as part of joining the waitlist.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
  • Submit false or misleading information when signing up.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Cirello and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site normally (e.g. viewing pages in a browser).

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as a feedback board or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

9. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Cirello is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction.
